Description of Video
The Technician has been with the RNZAF for seven months and finds it to be an extremely interesting and rewarding job.
He explains the importance of his role in ensuring that aircraft are at their full performance capacity.
As well as the technical skills required, he explains that you also need to be motivated and have high personal standards as well as being effective under pressure and able to work in a team.
He believes that the RNZAF have the highest standards in the world. He describes his job as having a lot of range as well as having a great team of people to work with.
He explains the potential to progress through the ranks ‘anything is possible, you just have to set your mind to it and do it’.
